Retail and industry
Our real estate offering is the best known, but the core of CdAdm is a general management platform: inventory, billing, tax and finance. Companies that sell products switch on some modules; manufacturers switch on others.
Your day
Where control usually slips away.
And no one knows when it stopped matching.
Because billing doesn't talk to finance.
Power, rent, freight — splitting them across branches, sites or cost centers means spreadsheets.
Until the customer calls saying they never got it.
And you only find out about the failure when someone complains.
Where each piece fits
Each one solves one part. Together, they stop anyone from having to type the same thing twice. Below, what each one does in your case.
Products, stock in and out, billing with rules per document type and tax invoicing via API — including the PDF of the NFS-e (Brazilian national service invoice). Finance is the same system: receivables and payables, cash, cash flow and bank reconciliation.
Customer service with queues, a catalog answered by a bot and campaigns to your customer list. And collections go from CdAdm straight to the customer's WhatsApp, with delivery and read confirmation.
Tasks, deadlines and ISO 9001 document control — plus the NR-1 module (Brazilian occupational safety standard), with a risk inventory, risk management plan (PGR) in PDF and notices with acknowledgment records.
Where to start: With CdAdm, switching on only the modules your operation uses. Companies that sell products usually start with Inventory and Billing.
Where it fits
We are — and that is exactly why it's a good question. The answer lies in the architecture: CdAdm is a platform, and the real estate offering is just one of the systems built on top of it.
What every industry shares
Login, permissions, backup, reports, banking integration, invoicing, processing queues, auditing, data import. All of this already exists and has run in production for 30 years — see how the platform works.
What changes from industry to industry
For retail, it's Inventory and Billing. For industry, the Industry and Commerce module with tax invoicing. For real estate agencies, leases and owner payouts. Same base, different rules.
Before you ask
The core of CdAdm was never about real estate — it's a management platform with modules. The property module is the most mature because it's the oldest, but Inventory, Billing, Finance and Tax are modules of the same base. We explain the architecture here.
Issuing the NFS-e (Brazilian service invoice) is ready and delivers the national system's PDF (DANFSe), including in batches from inventory. CdAdm is built for Brazilian tax rules; for other invoice types or other countries, ask our sales team about your case — we'd rather confirm it than promise it on the website.
No. CdAdm handles operations — inventory, billing, finance. The bookkeeping stays with your accountant, in their own system.
You define a reusable Standard Allocation, with each participant's percentage, and the system calculates, splits and creates the entries on two levels. It works for branches, job sites, cost centers or condominiums.
No sales script. You tell us how things work today, we tell you honestly what we solve and what we don't — and where it would make sense to start.
